Jessica Greene specializes in office and R&D property types in North San Diego County. With over a decade in the commercial real estate industry, she has considerable experience in tenant and landlord representation as well as investment sales. Jessica delivers a unique approach to client needs by identifying opportunities through her in-depth market knowledge and developing strategies that lead to fully informed, intelligent real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Voit Real Estate Services, Jessica worked at Kidder Mathews where she served as a client services team leader for one of the top producing industrial/R&D teams in San Diego. She began her commercial real estate career in 2003 at NAI/CIR and has since worked at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. During that time, she has developed a strong background in marketing, financial analysis and identifying market trends while successfully providing transaction coordination for highly productive brokerage teams.
Jessica attended the University of Kent in Canterbury, England where she majored in Psychology. She is currently ARGUS Enterprise certified.

As Managing Director of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, Eric Northbrook is responsible for overseeing Voit’s operations and directs a team of brokerage professionals, real estate managers and project managers who work together to provide clients with a single-point of service for all of their real estate requirements.
Prior to joining Voit, Northbrook served as Executive Director of Brokerage Services for Cushman & Wakefield of San Diego. While there, his focus was on the Central San Diego County and I-15 Corridor specializing in tenant and corporate representation. He also is an expert in representing institutional owners in the marketing and leasing of quality Class A real estate. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Northbrook was with Colliers International for 12 years, where he was a consistent top producer.

In 2006, Northbrook founded the HeadNorth, a nonprofit organization that enhances the quality of life for individuals and families afflicted with spinal cord injury. The organization is actively involved in spinal cord research and has partnered with the Sanford/Burnham Institute and UCSD to create the HeadNorth Chronic Spinal Cord Research Project.
In 2008, Northbrook was recognized by People Magazine and Major League Baseball as a finalist for “All Stars Among Us”. Northbrook is a member of SIOR and was awarded the SIOR National Community Service Award in 2009.
